Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. We accept payment via paypal and card payment only.
All items listed are held in stocks and are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received/cleared. All orders placed and paid for before 3.00pm are dispatched the same working day. Please note that items purchased after 3.00pm, weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Postage applies to UK mainland only. Highlands and Islands may incur additional charges. Please contact us first for further information.
In the unlikely event that you may have received an item that is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement of the same kind to you straight away. Customers must return items at their own cost which can later on be refunded. Whilst a recorded delivery may not be necessary, we would strongly suggest that a ‘certificate of posting’ should be obtained from the post office when returning goods.
WE CAN NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR SEND OUT ANY REPLACEMENTS UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM.
In the unlikely event that a package should go missing, Royal Mail stipulates that both the sender and receiver must allow 15 working days to pass before a report of a lost package can be made.

All products are made to British Safety Standards and are tested at our in-house department before dispatch.
